Dzambolat Tadtaev Named Head of De Facto Government in Occupied Tskhinvali

Occupied Tskhinvali/South Ossetia’s de facto leader, Alan Gagloev, signed a decree on February 11 appointing Dzambolat Tadtaev as de facto government chairman after the region’s so-called parliament approved his nomination.
