Anastasiia Metelkina and Luka Berulava won Georgia’s first-ever Winter Olympic medal after claiming silver in the pairs figure skating event at the Milano Cortina Games. Metelkina and Berulava finished the competition on February 16 with 221.75 points, securing second place. Japan’s Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara won gold with 231.24 points, while Germany’s Fabienne Hase and Nikita Volodin took bronze with 219.09 points.
